Everything is energy, and energy is meant to flow.

Our body is designed to heal itself naturally. We are designed to express our divinely-given gifts in the world with joy. We are designed to ask for and receive all that we desire with ease and grace.

When our energy is flowing naturally, we are in radiant health. We give and we receive in equal measure. We are sustained and nourished and fulfilled and happy and abundant.

When we experience trauma, whether it is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, it often gets locked inside the body as an energetic “block.”

With energy healing, we can remove the blocks, so that your natural energy flow is restored, bringing healing to the body, mind, and spirit.

I am clairvoyant (“clear seeing”), meaning I often can see energetic blocks. They sometimes appear to me as “hooks,” where someone has hooked into your energy field, and is draining you of energy. Often unintentionally, we have been conditioned to get energy from other people, rather than knowing our own power to create what we want.

I help you “unhook” people from your energy field, so you both can return to your own power. I also see angels, ancestors, Divine Mother, and other benevolent beings of light who are here to accelerate your ascension journey and help you to heal. It is very comforting and often brings immediate healing to feel the presence of the divine energy that I channel.

I am also claircognizant (“clear knowing”), meaning I get “downloads” of knowledge, information, or wisdom that appears in my head as a “knowingness.” I know this as truth. When I speak this information, my clients feel the truth of it. When it resonates, they may get shivers or tingles in their body. They may see light or visions, or they may get their own downloads of information. They may just feel a sudden jolt of familiarity–something “clicks” that hadn’t clicked before, and pieces of their life make more sense.

Occasionally, I am also clairaudient (“clear hearing”), meaning that I sometimes hear “whispers,” what I think of as the voice of God or the voice of soul. Sometimes I hear the voice of an ancestor who has passed away. These voices are kind and benevolent, offering spiritual guidance and wisdom.

Very occasionally, I have clairalience (“clear smelling”). On these rare occasions, I will smell a scent, such as roses, or tobacco, that may offer some spiritual wisdom and give guidance on where to go in a session. For example, a client’s grandfather who passed away smoked a tobacco pipe, and I pick up on this smell, because there is support, message, or wisdom that wants to come in from that ancestor for the client.

I am strongly clairsentient (“clear feeling”), meaning I am very empathic. I feel what other people are feeling. Oftentimes, I will feel my clients’ pain in my own body. This gives me clues about how to bring healing to them. I will ask them if they are also feeling this sensation. We will explore the quality of feeling in their body–shape, sound, texture, intensity of pain. This gives clues to the original source of the injury or trauma.

For example, if I feel pain in my heart during a session, I will ask the client if she has experienced any heartbreak that might be affecting her current issue. She tells me about a break up she had 5 years ago that she has struggled to get over. She describes the quality of pain as “dark” or “sticky.” These textural descriptions provide clues about where this pain originated.

We may discover she had a sense of abandonment as a child, alone in her dark room at night, while her parents were fighting right before her father left for good. This created an energetic imprint on her inner child, that is triggered by her own more recent break up. I bring healing light to this imprint in her heart, and as it clears, she experiences more room for new energy, new love, and new emotions–like joy, fun, and excitement–to come in.

Everything I do is permission-based. I will not perform any healing that you do not consent to. I will not go into your energy field without your full permission. I will not “unhook” anyone from your energetic field that you do not wish to unhook. I will offer opportunities to you, and ask you if you are a “yes” to them. If you are a “no,” I honor your choice. I may also explore what the source of resistance is for you, if it is in your highest and best to clear it. But the choice is always yours. Everyone moves at their own pace. We move at the pace of your soul.

I am impeccable with energetic hygiene.I routinely clear my energy field, and I only work with beings of light and unconditional love. I continue to learn, and I continue to do my own inner work. I am committed to using my spiritual gifts for the uplift of the entire planet, and to usher in a new golden age on earth.

A light activation is using the healing and awakening power of light to make a rapid transformation.

To the darkness of shadow, we bring the light.

The light of consciousness helps us understand our “negative” experiences, and reframe them, so we can receive the lessons and blessings they are meant to impart to us. We no longer carry the weight, pain, or trauma of these experiences, but we OWN them as wisdom, and share our stories as medicine.

The light also brings that which is unconscious to your conscious awareness. In this way, I can help you heal subconscious blocks that you may not have been aware were standing in the way of your deepest desires.

The light helps release inner conflicts–that arise from our conditioning–that keep us from aligning with what our soul truly desires.

The light helps us return to our authentic selves, our own unique expression.

I work with various Rays of Light.

Light has different color frequencies, just as the chakras (or energy centers of the body) have different color frequencies.

I use my intuition to determine which Ray of Light a client most needs to achieve the greatest transformation.

In addition to healing, light can be used to activate.

I use light to activate higher light codes, higher timelines, ancestral gifts, and superpowers in my clients.

We meet for an hour on Zoom.

We begin with celebrations. What are you feeling good about since we last met? This helps to rewire your neural pathways to focus on your “wins” rather than on what’s wrong.

We will then talk about what's particularly alive for you–where you are facing challenges or blocks in moving toward your vision? I will be intuitively guided to zero in on the most important issue to address in that session. I will ask you to describe: How does it show up for you? Where do you feel it in your body?

As I am guided, I will bring in healing light, so that you can start to release the blocks and let your natural energy flow the way it wants to flow.

We clean and clear out any distortions or blocks in your energy field. These blocks may come from your childhood, upbringing, ancestry, or larger culture. They may be negative patterns you developed because you were trying to survive, and they may have helped you at one time, but they no longer serve you. We bring the clarity of light to the block or issue, so your energy runs clean again. It becomes a pure, natural expression of your energy that gets to flow.

You will begin to take delight in shining your light and sharing your natural gifts and voice, just as the divine originally intended and designed for you to do.

In every session, there will be a powerful transformation.
